I work with founder-led businesses across tech, creative, luxury, marketing, and high-growth services. Some come at moments of urgency—scaling, raising, co-founder issues, preparing for exit. Others seek a long-term advisor who can stay with them through every stage of the journey.

A Founder Helping Founders Thrive
I know the founder journey—because I’ve lived it.
I’ve spent over 25 years in business — the last decade as an entrepreneur. I built, scaled, and sold a US$ 8-figure marketing agency, which taught me both the highs and the hard truths of the founder journey.
That experience shaped the way I work today. Founders don’t need another consultant telling them what to do, or a coach who won’t share an opinion when it matters. They need a partner who brings strategic insight, asks the right questions, and stays in the room when the big decisions are made.
That’s the role I play. I work with a small number of founders worldwide — across the US, Europe, and Asia — helping them scale, align, exit, and reinvent without losing themselves along the way.
Alongside my founder experience, I’m also an ICF-accredited coach, which means I bring not just advice but a proven coaching discipline — helping founders grow as leaders as well as entrepreneurs.
I’m also the creator of ReAmbitioning, a platform exploring how ambition, purpose, and success are being redefined. It reflects the philosophy that underpins my work: ambition should fuel both business success and personal fulfillment.
