Independent Founder Advisor | Executive Coach | Perspective, judgement & challenge
I have spent more than two decades working alongside senior business leaders, founders and entrepreneurs.
My career began advising C-suite leaders and major international businesses across Asia, Europe, Australasia and North America.
I later moved from advising businesses to building them myself, spending more than seven years as a senior partner and co-founder through growth, leadership and eventual exit.
Along the way, I have also invested in more than 20 businesses, served on boards and advisory boards and mentored founders through organisations including SOSV's China Accelerator and StartOut.
Today, I bring those different perspectives together in my work with founders.
I am also an ICF-credentialed executive coach.
That matters because founder decisions are rarely only business decisions.
The person making them matters too — their ambitions, motivations, leadership, confidence and the life they ultimately want the business to create.
I divide my time internationally and continue to work with founders and businesses across markets and cultures.
I am interested in businesses, but I am equally interested in the people building them.
What are they trying to create?
Why?
What role do they want to play?
And how does that need to change as the business evolves?
I don't believe there is a single definition of entrepreneurial success.
The objective is to understand what success means to the founder — and help them build towards it deliberately.
